The Quick-L with heat stages is the handy, lightweight and simple hot air welding device for the tarpaulin processor.

This hand welder is a modification of the proven Quick-L-electronic model. Instead of the continuously variable temperature setting known in this case, the Quick-L has 2 fixed heating stages with an additional cold stage. Since the tarpaulin, tent and awning welds are often carried out with only one type of material and in a single welding width, a simple apparatus with heating stages is suitable for the processor.

The heating capacity of the device is adapted to the mounting nozzles of 20 mm or 40 mm width required by the tarpaulin manufacturer. The heating power in conjunction with the flat nozzle 20 mm is 900W 230V and with the flat nozzle 40 mm: 1500W 230V or 1300W 120V.

As with our other hot air welding tools, the carbon brush service life is 1,500 hours. The collector brushes of the motor can be changed several times and thus enable continuous operation of the device. The carbon brushes can be easily changed from the outside without opening the appliance. In addition, all our units are equipped with a shut-off device, which prevents damage to the motor when the carbon brushes are used up.
