The Forsthoff Oval-Q is a handy and modern hot air tool, which is used as a professional tool for welding, processing, welding, shrinking and shaping a large number of thermoplastics.

The easy-to-clean and visually appealing air filters complement the practical and robust design. Like all manual welding products from Forsthoff production, this newly developed tool also includes a powerful German motor, which is manufactured in our own production facility in Solingen. The double turbine system produces a powerful air output of 280 liters/minute. An ergonomic and narrow handle completes the practical and solid design and enables professional and fatigue-free work.
The successor to our Tube-Q hot air welding tool is the handy and powerful universal welding device for welding all thermoplastics.

The device has a heating capacity of 1500W 230V or 1600W 120V, and constant and absolutely reliable control electronics for temperatures up to 700 °C. The Oval-Q only requires changing the carbon brushes after 1,500 hours. The collector carbons are also equipped with a shut-off device that prevents damage to the motor once the carbon brushes have been used up. The carbon brushes can be changed several times.

The main nozzle is compatible with a large number of attachment nozzles. This makes the Oval-Q a powerful universal hot-air welding device for welding all thermoplastics, welding technical textiles, tarpaulin materials, banner materials, pond liners, roofing liners and liners in swimming pool construction. In addition, it is used to activate, heat, deform and shrink numerous thermoplastic materials.
