Description
The handy and extremely powerful hot air welding unit of the S-Line product line. Ergonomic and innovative design, coupled with advanced technology for welding and processing thermoplastics and for welding landfill liners, pond liners and heavy tarpaulins.
Furthermore, the device can be used in the automotive industry for drying out filler and for activating plastic parts.
The heating power of 3000 W is infinitely adjustable from 20°C to 700°C. The unit has new and very reliable temperature control electronics and in combination with the 40 mm wide slot nozzle, ensures flawless overlap welding.
The device is also easy to service and has a carbon brush service life of more than 1,500 hours. After the carbon brushes are used up, the collector brushes have a cut-off mechanism to keep the motor from being damaged. The collector brushes can be changed several times. The carbon brushes can be changed easily from the outside without opening the tool.
Despite its robustness and efficiency, the HOT AIR S is a lightweight of 1400 g with 3 m connection cable. Thus, the device is a modern tool that is often used in industrial operations.
Extensive accessories round off the use of the HOT AIR S for welding heavy foils and tarpaulins.
