Description
The efficient floor welding machine Forsthoff-F is suitable for welding thermoplastic floors and linoleum.
With the automatic welding machine FORSTHOFF-F, PVC floor coverings can be welded as well as fusion welding and sealing of linoleum coverings.
The heating power of 4000 W 230 V AC is electronically controllable from 20 to 700°C. Furthermore, the device has an infinitely variable speed setting from 0 to 19 meters/min and can thus be matched to the individual types of material.
The smooth unwinding of the welding wire is ensured by a high-temperature-resistant coating of the pressure roller and wire guide. The universal unwinding device is suitable for all common wire coils.
The device is fully equipped ready for welding and also has an automatic wall switch-off. After the welding head has been pivoted in, the machine starts up automatically. The safe running is predetermined by a three-point support of the machine housing.
