Description
The tried and tested Quick-L-electronic hot air welder in a special version with recessed potentiometer for apparatus construction, container construction and special machine construction.
This handy and light manual welding device is distinguished by the fact that it does not have a rotary knob, but a recessed potentiometer, which can be adjusted, for example with a screwdriver. This makes it possible to use the device on extruders, devices and machines without adjusting the heating preselection. In addition, this hot air device has an additional cold stage without adjusting the heating preselection.
Like the standard version of the Quick-L-electronic 1500W, this device is compatible with a wide range of nozzles.
The carbon brushes of the motor can be changed several times and thus enable continuous operation of the device. The carbon brushes can be changed easily from the outside without opening the tool and only need to be replaced after around 1,500 hours. The carbon brushes of our hand welders are equipped with a switch-off mechanism which prevents damage to the motor after the carbon brushes have been used up.
